At Daxi Assemblers, we value your time and trust. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be flexible while ensuring fairness to our team. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. Cancellations by the Customer
• More than 24 hours in advance: If you cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, no cancellation fee will apply.
• Less than 24 hours in advance: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the quoted service value.
• Same-day cancellations: If our team arrives at the site and the job cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., lack of access, incorrect information, change of decision), 100% of the quoted service value will be charged.
2. Rescheduling
• Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
• If rescheduling is requested with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will incur a charge of 100% of the quoted service value.
3. Refunds
• Completed work: Refunds are generally not offered once work has been completed, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing or if Daxi Assemblers is unable to complete the service.
• Overpayments: Any overpayments or duplicate payments will be refunded immediately once identified.
4. Cancellations by Daxi Assemblers
• In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a job due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, supply issues), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available alternative.
• If we are unable to provide the service, any deposit or prepayment made will be fully refunded.
5. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
This policy does not exclude or replace rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is not carried out with due care and skill, or if it fails to meet a consumer guarantee, the customer may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, repair, or re-performance of the service.
