Yes. If the furniture requires anchoring for safety (such as wardrobes, dressers, or large cabinets), our team will secure it using the proper fittings. We always inform the customer beforehand and only proceed with their approval.

What happens if the product is missing parts or has defects?
Sometimes customers receive furniture with missing or damaged parts. In these cases, we document the issue and guide the customer to contact IKEA (or the supplier) directly to arrange replacements.
Do you remove skirting boards, cornices, or make adjustments to walls?
Our standard service is assembly only. However, if adjustments are needed for a proper fit (such as trimming skirting boards, cutting cornices, or making small modifications), we can do so at an additional charge, always with the customer’s consent first.
What if the instruction manual is missing?
We’ve seen situations where large items (like gyms or playgrounds) arrive without manuals. Our experienced team can still complete the assembly using digital instructions, reference images, and past experience.

Do you install non-standard items like trampolines, play equipment, or furniture with lighting?
Yes. We have assembled trampolines, swings, wardrobes with lighting systems, and more. We simply ask customers to share the design code or manual in advance so we can prepare the right tools.

Absolutely. We have extensive experience delivering projects in residential homes as well as schools, childcare centres, and hotels.
How long does furniture assembly usually take?
Do you take away the packaging waste?
No. Our service does not include removal of packaging (cardboard, plastic, polystyrene, etc.). Customers are responsible for disposing of packaging materials.
